About the Role
The Software Engineering & AI Technology Intern will work alongside experienced engineers, consultants, and solution architects to support software development, AI/ML initiatives, data-driven applications, and cloud-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and testing software applications under supervision.
Support web application development using modern programming tools and frameworks.
Help maintain project documentation and technical records.
Participate in debugging and troubleshooting activities.
Perform basic database and data validation tasks.
Collaborate with team members using Git-based version control.
Attend project meetings and contribute ideas during team discussions.
Research technology topics related to software development, AI, cloud computing, and data analytics.
Complete assigned project tasks and learning objectives within agreed timelines.
Demonstrate professionalism, communication skills, and a willingness to learn in a team environment.
Internship Evaluation:
At the conclusion of the internship, Datamaze AI Technologies will complete a formal performance evaluation covering technical competency, problem-solving capability, communication, teamwork, professionalism, and overall contribution.
Qualifications:
Education:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
Skills:
Foundational knowledge of Python programming.
Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
Familiarity with Git version control.
Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems.
Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing.
