Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development: Develop scalable and maintainable full-stack web applications, including both front-end and back-end components.
Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and reusable code that adheres to best practices.
Collaboration: Work with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to define technical requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Integration: Integrate third-party APIs, libraries, and tools into existing applications.
Code Reviews: Participate in peer code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for projects and systems.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging technologies and incorporate new techniques to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
Proficiency in back-end technologies: Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or equivalent frameworks.
Experience with databases: SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
Familiarity with DevOps tools: Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
Experience:
3–5 years of experience in full-stack development or a similar role.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and mentor junior developers.
